Mentors and coaches should be radically honest

If you ask someone for advise, what do you want them to tell you? Do you want to hear something that suits you, something to make you feel good? Or do you want the honest truth? I can give you both! If you want me to tell you that you do everything right, then you are wasting your time and money. Why bother asking me then? I will be ruthless, telling you only the honest truth. Will it hurt you? Yes, probably, especially if you have a large ego or if you are overly sensitive.

Cut the bull, speak the truth!

Do I tell you these things because I am insensitive? Because it gives me great pleasure seeing you crinch? No, never. When I coach or mentor, I have only your best interest at heart. I only want you to better yourself, make better decisions, make more money. I want to give you the very best advise money can buy. If you are successful, it is gives me great pleasure. I have a passion for business, a real love for success. I want you to be the best, the most successful.

Some people think I say inappropriate things… I prefer to think of it as radical honesty. Contact me if you are ready for the truth. Or if you want to make your business a success, a great success.
