  1. Every customer wants to do business with people they can trust.
  2. Leaders should continuously ask stakeholders (shareholders, management, staff, community) for feedback on how they can improve the company.
  3. All brochures, letters and advertising should be have no misrepresentation, be clear and completely truthful.
  4. Be a responsible social member of your community. Get involved and help others in need. Meet your commitments, especially those that do not earn you any income.
  5. Ensure that your accounting records reflect a true and clear indication of your business.
  6. Always treat everybody with the utmost of respect, regardless of race, creed, differences, positions, titles, ages, or other types of distinctions, always treat others with professional respect and courtesy.
