Failure not an option

It’s a fact that people are attracted to positive people. When you walk into a room full of people and you project negative energy, chances are that people will ignore you. Drop the negative vibes, lift up your head and stop making excuses. The sooner you realise that you are the master of your own destiny, the better. Remember: “If it is to be, it is up to me” You must make it happen, don’t wait for it to happen. When you project positive energy, people will be attracted to you. In business it’s the same, clients will do business with you because of the way you make them feel.

 This ancient myth is about a Greek General who invaded an island to capture a queen he was in love with. After the last of his troops disembarked from the ships, he said to his second-in-command, “Burn the ships!!” The second-in-command responded anxiously, “but my general, if we burn the ships and we lose the battle, we’ll be slaughtered!”

To which the general replied with a smile, “EXACTLY!” Needless to say, they won the battle and the general got his queen.

What’s the point of this story? If you burn your excuses, you have no choice but to make it happen. Failure is not an option!
