Greatness is shown by the way you treat little men
How do you treat the cleaner at work? Or the cashier at the supermarket? Do you scowl at them because you believe that you are superior to them? Would you not give them the time of day? Why, oh why? Does it really make you feel good about yourself? Do you HAVE to put them down in order to feel great, successful or superior? Shame on you!
“You can judge a person on the way he treats little men”. What does it take to be descent, to treat others with respect? Irrespective of who YOU are (or at least think you are), and who THEY are. What or who gives you any right to act in such a manner? Because you have a better education, a bigger mortgage or a smarter job title?
I do not respect any title, qualification or job position. I only respect a person. But they have to earn it. They have to treat others, especially their subordinates, with dignity and humanity.
So if you think you are god, and can conduct yourself in any way that pleases you and at the expense of others, then you are weak. Go back to Mars or Venus, because you are not welcome here. Get in touch with reality and the real world. Or fall still and realise that you need to change your ways.
Strong people do not put others down, they lift them up. Are you strong… or weak?
