A person is judged by the company they keep – this is even more true by the people you appoint in your business. An entrepreneur cannot and should not do everything themselves. You need to develop concepts, optimise resources and build super customer-satisfying products or services.

I am always amazed when I see a business man appointing weak, sub-standard employees. Why do they do it? Is it because they demand a lower salary? Or maybe these people make the manager / business man look stronger, or good? Is it an ego booster? Shame on you! If you are so low on self esteem you should not be in a position to appoint staff.

I would like to dare you – appoint people that are smarter than you, with more experience and better knowledge than yourself. Are you not in business to make heaps of money? Or is it merely to feed your ego? I would like to state that you are a sub-standard entrepreneur if you do not associate yourself with the very best there is.
